Dolci and Joes was a four year journey in becoming a reality. It's name comes from favorite past time of it's founders; eating sweets and drinking coffee. Dolci is Italian for sweet and joes being a kick back to the slang for coffee from the 1920's.

               It all begins with taste. In creating the food, we knew we wanted everything to be hand made on site. So in turn we decided to make all the condiments from scratch. We searched long and hard to find a quality bread company to bake our bread fresh. We were happy to find Delano Bakery to fill that need. Overall we knew we wanted to have decadent menu, yet priced for the everyday budget. This brought about twenty-one sandwiches, four burgers and six salads as a base menu.

              We also have a special menu for loyal customers called the One Off Menu. This is a way to show our loyalty to you. It's all about you. You can come in and design your own sandwich salad or burger your way and just the way you want it. Then you can name it and we will enter it into our computer so that when you come, or send a friend, and ask for your own creation you get exactly what it is that you want. It's simple for us, it's all about our faith, family, and friends. We want to be a place of relaxation, laughter and great food.

        We are excited to announce that we are about to add coffee and espresso bar to our menu. This will also bring about morning coffee drive-thru for a cup of joe and some simple breakfast food. We picked College Hill for the family community that it prides itself on. We are so happy to be a part of that. Thank you all for being a part of our family here at Dolci and Joes.
